RPR Performing a Sales Comp Analysis
RPR or the REALTORS Property Resource is an incredible member-only tool from the National Association of REALTORS and it allows you to create property reports, CMA’s, neighborhood reports, reporting and assessment tools for investors, commercial, property management, and more. RETI has many of RPR’s official training videos in our RPR section. One of the keys to RPR is that it allows the REALTOR to chose properties they feel should be used as comps and then provide their own input or adjustments. This leads to an RVM or REALTOR Valuation Model which has been rated as the most accurate property pricing tool in the real estate industry. In this video, we will provide an overview of the RVM and Sales Comp Analysis process in RPR.
